How To Prepare For Your First Appointment

Prior to your first appointment please be sure to follow this list of considerations.

  1. Contact us before scheduling as a new client. We often have a waiting list for new clients, so be sure that you have been pre-approved prior to booking.
  2. Please take the time to print and fill out the Client Intake Form to bring with you. This will save time on your first visit.
  3. Some over the counter and prescription skin care products will cause your skin to be more sensitive to the facial treatment. These products include retinols, AHA/BHAs, any prescription acne medicine, Tretinoin, Retin-A, Renova, Differin, Aczone, etc. If you are using any of these products, please stop using them at least 7 days prior to your first appointment.
    Feel free to send an email inquiry to find out if any of your products might be on this list.
  4. If you have a fever, coughing, signs of illness, or have been in contact with someone who is ill or tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Advance Notice
We require 24 hours cancellation. Appointments rescheduled or canceled in less than 24 hours will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. (except in the case of illness)
