You have three ways to get started on the path to clear skin. Choose what best suits your time and budget but all are effective if you follow our protocol.

1. Become a patient at our acne clinic.
The in-house acne program includes monthly treatments in addition to home care products. This is the most effective way to get your skin clear if you are located in the Charlotte, N.C. area. (We currently have a waiting list for new clients at our acne clinic. Please contact us through the contact form if you are interested in becoming a client.)

2. Get a virtual consultation and purchase products.
Set up a video chat with Kristi, and get personalized product recommendations and lifestyle tips customized to fit you individual needs. Virtual consultations are $55 and last approximately 45 minutes. This is the next best option to visiting us as a patient.

3. Purchase products.
Products with active acne treatment ingredients require pre-approval to purchase. If you are new to Face Reality, you will need to purchase a virtual consultation to decide which products are best for you. If you are currently using Face Reality products, we strongly suggest you work directly with your Face Reality esthetician to purchase products.  If for some reason you are not able to purchase through your esthetician, we will gladly help you. Just contact us to request pre-approval.

Clinical Grade products are highly effective and contain active ingredients that need to be applied carefully.  Here’s how to get approved.

1. Create an account on this website.
Only account holders can be upgraded to “Approved” status.  Please contact us through the contact form if you have questions.

2. Complete the Request Approval Form
On the My Account page you will see an option to “Get Approved.” Complete the form.  The approval process can take up to 2 business days to complete.

3. Purchase products.
Once you become an “Approved” customer you will be able to purchase online. If you are new to Face Reality, you will need to purchase a virtual consultation to decide which products are best for you.

If you are currently using Face Reality products, we strongly suggest you work directly with your Face Reality esthetician to purchase products. If for some reason you are not able to purchase through your esthetician, we will gladly help you after an email consultation.

We treat clients of all ages who are experiencing acne issues. Some clients are dealing with aging and acne at the same time, and we can help with that, too. Because acne is our specialty, we do not offer “anti-aging only” services

Yes.

Products and treatment go hand in hand. Treating acne is an all inclusive program.   A monthly facial treatment is not enough to clear acne.

Acne is an inherited condition that is a lifelong challenge, but, for most people, it can be managed. Clients receiving acne treatments and products, should expect to be 95% clear in 3-6 months. Clients who are using products only, will take 6-12 months. Every person is different, but if you put in the effort, you should see amazing results!

It’s important that you follow these instructions to get the most benefit from your appointment which include what to do 7 days prior to your appointment, a simple checklist and the Client Intake Form.
